Product Introduction

       This product serves but is not limited to 2D and 3D cell culture related experiments of biological hydrogels like gelatin Methacryloyl (GelMA).The product helps to improve the penetration of nutrients in the hydrogel and enhance cell activity. The structure of the product is easy to operate, which is convenient for observation in the process of cell culture, biological staining, photography and other characterization.

       This product set is sterilized by gamma ray irradiation, valid for 2 years, the production date is on the outer package.

Product advantages

       2D culture gel surface is smooth, cells are not easy to agglomerate;

       The suspension culture of the glue blocks was beneficial to the transport of nutrients in the cells in the glue during 3D culture.

       Reasonable structure design can solve the problem of colloid bulge caused by swelling;

       The liquid change clip is easy to take, which can avoid absorbing the glue block in the process of liquid change;

       Easy observation, grid assisted positioning observation area;

       The dyeing is convenient and easy to damage the glue.

       It has versatility and is suitable for other hydrogels with solidified forming methods.

Cell culture effect demonstration

       2D and 3D culture of mouse osteoblast precursor cells MC3T3-E1 using GelMA hydrogel as an example was used to demonstrate the effect of solidified ring helper cell culture characterization.

      The cytoskeleton staining kit can be used: TRITC-Phalloidin Rhodamine labeled ghost pen cyclic peptide EFL-FA-001; the cell survival and death staining kit can be used: EFL-CLD-001. 


Other products that can be used together

       Used with portable light source (model: EFL-LS-1601-405), it can prepare isoparametric samples in batches;

       Combined with GelMA lysate (model: EFL-GM-LS-001) and low adhesion culture plate (model: EFL-TCP-0024), high quality cells can be extracted for passage and protein nucleic acid analysis, which is conducive to improving the purity of protein and nucleic acid;

       When used with biological 3D printer, the cell bearing scaffold was suspended in the medium, which could improve the nutrient transport of the cells in the scaffold and help to maintain uniform growth of the cells in the scaffold.


  Notes

      1. Anti-mucous membrane with 75% alcohol wipe after air dry can be reused;

      2. Do not sterilize at high temperature;

      3. Curing process pay attention to adjust the ultraclean wind speed, avoid dry materials affect the experimental results;

      4. Non-gelma hydrogel materials can be manipulated according to their gelling properties;

      5. GelMA lysis solution (EFL-GM-LS-001) covered the solidified ring and cultured at 37℃, the GelMA glue blocks on the solidified ring were rapidly lysed to release cells at about 0.5h;

      6. It is recommended to use portable 405nm curing light source (EFL-LS-1601) with stable light intensity, adjustable curing time and more stable sample preparation;
