【Product introduction】
Fluorescence-labeled hydrogel is a kind of hydrogel that can emit fluorescence at a specific wavelength under excitation light. This fluorescence characteristic makes it have broad application prospects in 3D printing, biosensor, disease diagnosis, fluorescence tracing and other research fields.
EFL-DYE-UF-ENE series alkene coupling hydrogel fluorescent dyes are macromolecular monomers grafted with double bonds and specific fluorescent molecules. After mixing with hydrogel precursors, they are coupled with gel polymer networks through free radical polymerization during photocuring to achieve stable fluorescence labeling. This product is suitable for fluorescent labeling of photocurable hydrogel products such as HAMA, SilMA, AlgMA and DexMA. They have good biocompatibility and overcome the shortcomings of physical mixing or electrostatic adsorption methods in which fluorescent molecules are easy to diffuse out of the system. At the same time, they also avoid the shortcomings of uneven imaging of fluorescent particles.
